Job description
Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach the store's clinical team, ensuring a remarkable patient experience while meeting daily clinical and revenue goals under the Brand Manager.
You will supervise Doctors and Technicians, enforce HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, train staff on diagnostics and refractive procedures, and uphold store brand standards. On-site leadership with a focus on mentorship and strong communication is required.
