Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed after an evaluation.
The role requires strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, families, and the treatment team, plus experience with standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and treatment plan monitoring.
