Job description
Language Fundamentals, Inc. in New Rochelle, NY, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY/CCC-SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility team. The role focuses on evidence-based therapy for swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders, with strong mentorship and PDPM awareness.
Collaboration with PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians and dietitians is essential. Licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.
