Serenity Minds Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, enabling tailored interventions.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy, facilitating impactful sessions that address specific client needs.
Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals as part of their ongoing recovery journey.
Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients feel supported and secure.
Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients and their families with tools for coping and resilience.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a seamless approach that fosters optimal outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serenity Minds, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Your role is vital in aiding clients toward resilience and stability, particularly those facing end-of-life challenges in our hospice setting.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continual learning and professional development.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
Experience in hospice care or dealing with complex grief and loss issues.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
Previous experience in facilitating group therapy and support programs preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
