Clinical Specialist – Peripheral Vascular Device
Location: Daytona Beach, FL. Application window closes 10 Apr 2025.
At Medtronic, you will provide detailed technical support and education to physicians, nurses, and technicians for peripheral vascular products. You will work closely with sales representatives and district managers to support critical cases and achieve business plans.
Position Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support and education to Medtronic customers on PAD treatment.
Receive direction from sales representatives and district managers on cases requiring technical support.
Educate and provide information regarding clinical results and efficacy of our product portfolio.
Support regional sales strategy, inventory, and compliant market development activities.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling for last‑minute technical case support.
Provide education and support to CVG sales and clinical counterparts, sharing best practices.
Support business‑unit activities including training, PO collection, and inventory management.
Basic Qualifications
High school degree with 14+ years of experience, OR
Associate degree with 12+ years, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in healthcare, field sales support, personnel and performance management, project management, or work involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and the medical device industry.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong work ethic and ability to build positive relationships across organizational levels.
Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel domestically over 50% by automobile, plane, or other transportation.
Lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
Independent mobility, including standing, walking 6–8 hours per day, and operating a moving vehicle.
Valid driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and a review of driving record.
Need to wear required personal protective equipment and work in cardiac labs with vendor credentialing requirements.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $95,000 – $100,000 (USD). Eligible for a sales incentive plan (SIP) for achieving or exceeding goals.
