You would be working with a global specialty pharmaceutical company developing and commercializing innovative therapies for patients with severe genetic, metabolic, and life-threatening disorders. As the company continues to expand its clinical footprint, we’re seeking a CRA to help drive the successful execution of clinical studies across North America.

What you'll be doing
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, supporting studies from start-up through close-out while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff
Driving data quality, protocol compliance, and study execution
Supporting patient recruitment and site performance
Maintaining inspection-ready study documentation
Collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and study teams
What we're looking for
2–4 years of clinical research experience
CRA, Clinical Research Coordinator, or similar clinical operations background
Independent monitoring experience
Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
Passion for quality, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes
