n nnShort Description
Assists the supervising surgeon in the management of patients. Provides first and second assist in Operating Room cases. The Specialist in Cardiothoracic surgery provides first and second assist in Endoscopic Saphenous vein harvest and works closely with the surgeon in providing quality, efficient and continuous and cost-effective care during the patient's hospitalization. Assess and implement physician driven preoperative and postoperative management of the patient. Function as a RN. nExperience Required

CNOR Certification
CRNFA Certification from the National Board of Perioperative Nursing
American Heart BLS
ACLS Preferred
