Clinical Specialist - Surgical Robotics Pensacola, FL | Field-Based | Florida Panhandle Territory About the Opportunity - Break into Medical Device while staying in the OR
nRep-Lite is partnering with a rapidly growing surgical robotics innovator that is transforming the future of minimally invasive surgery. We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support robotic-assisted surgical programs throughout the Florida Panhandle. nThis highly visible field-based role combines clinical expertise, surgeon training, operating room support, and customer relationship management to drive successful robotic adoption and procedure growth.

n nResponsibilities Clinical Support & Case Coverage
nnnProvide hands-on clinical support during robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
n
nnSupport surgeons and operating room staff before, during, and after procedures.
n
nnAssist with robotic system setup, workflow integration, and troubleshooting.
n
nnEnsure successful adoption and utilization of robotic technology within assigned accounts.
n
n nTraining & Education
nnnTrain surgeons, nurses, surgical technologists, and operating room personnel.
n
nnConduct product education programs and procedural training sessions.
n
nnSupport onboarding of new users and ongoing clinical competency development.
n
nnServe as a trusted clinical resource for customers.
n
n nTerritory Growth & Account Support
nnnDrive utilization and procedure growth throughout assigned accounts.
n
nnPartner with the commercial team to support territory objectives.
n
nnIdentify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
n
nnSupport new product launches, upgrades, and technology adoption initiatives.
n
n nRelationship Management
nnnDevelop strong relationships with surgeons, operating room leadership, and key stakeholders.
n
nnDeliver exceptional customer service and clinical support.
n
nnAssist with building surgeon advocacy and long-term customer success.
n
n nQualifications Required
nnnBachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
n
nnMinimum 2 years of experience in one of these areas:
n
nnClinical Specialist in medical device
n
nnRegistered nurse, with operating room expertise
n
nnOperating Room Support as a Certified Surgical Technician
n
nnField Clinical Education
n
nnExperience working within hospital operating rooms.
n
nnStrong communication and presentation skills.
n
nnAbility to travel locally throughout the Panhandle territory.
n
n nPreferred
nnnSurgical robotics experience.
n
nnMinimally invasive surgery experience.
n
nnLaparoscopic surgery experience.
n
nnElectrosurgery or advanced energy device experience.
n
nnExperience supporting surgeons during procedures.
n
nnExperience with hospital capital equipment or procedural technologies.
n

nThis field-based position supports healthcare facilities throughout the Florida panhandle region with 75% travel.
