Job description
Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for full-time 3rd shift. You will ensure safe, effective medication therapy, support diverse medication use systems, and provide pharmacologic expertise to care teams across units.
Responsibilities include antimicrobial stewardship, patient counseling, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to optimize transitions of care and discharge planning.
