Responsibilities
Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients, physicians and staff of UF Health Central Florida. Is involved in various activities that include, but are not limited to: interpretation of physician orders, maintenance of medication profiles and providing drug information; attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings; adverse drug reaction reporting and follow‑up, therapeutic interchanges, parenteral nutrition monitoring, pharmacokinetics dosing and follow‑up, medication dosing and follow‑up (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics) and IV to PO recommendations.
Qualifications
Education:
Professional School, College Masters, or more
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Valid Florida Pharmacist License
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
