nThe Clinical Staff Pharmacist will have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise by evaluating and interpreting medication orders, compounding, and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards. You will play a critical role in identifying, preventing, and resolving medication-related issues to ensure safe, effective, and individualized patient care. Through the application of evidence-based protocols, you will promote clinically sound and cost-effective drug therapy, contributing to improved patient outcomes and advancing the standard of pharmaceutical care.
nSchedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage "as needed" with a minimum of 4 hours per month. This position will be required to cover every other weekend from 9 am -1 pm.
nAbout the Facility: Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
nAbout the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm; on Weekends 9:00 am-1:00 pm.

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
n
nnDelaware pharmacist license in good standing
n
nn1+ years of experience as a pharmacist

n nPreferred Qualification:
nnResidency training and hospital experience
n nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.00 - $79.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
