Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking a Study Manager I to oversee quality research at assigned investigative sites, ensure enrollment meets sponsor expectations, and comply with FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines. You will train site staff and maintain study documentation to drive data quality and timely reporting.
Responsibilities include ALCOA-C compliance, adverse event reporting, cross-functional coordination, and guiding the study from initiation to closeout while meeting sponsor and company goals.
