Job description
Seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in an in-person, center-based ABA setting with part remote work. Responsibilities include leading functional assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, providing parent training, and ensuring high clinical quality while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. The role promotes collaboration within a team-oriented environment, contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, active BCBA certification, experience with autism and developmental needs, proficiency with technology, and background clearance. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
