Clinical Supervisors may also have the opportunity to combine their clinical supervisor responsibilities with a district support role, providing direct BCBA support within a school district based on the district’s specific needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs and behavior support plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.

Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and support fidelity of implementation.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to develop consistent, evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical input on behavioral progress, goals, and interventions.

Provide staff consultation, training, and coaching to support effective implementation of behavior plans.

Provide direct student support in 1:1 or small-group settings as needed.
