Job description
Role: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners. Provides professional leadership to healthcare teams, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes aligned with facility goals and the principles of Patient Centered Care. Oversees and supports nursing staff, fostering a culture of Service Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to achieve optimal care.
Guide and supervise nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Implement evidence-based practices and clinical pathways.
Support the facility’s mission, vision, and quality improvement initiatives.
Promote a patient-centered approach and uphold service excellence standards.
Qualifications
Relevant nursing education and licensure.
