Clinical Supervisor - SC - LISW-CP**MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the following location with the specific license type: LISW-CPCan supervise fully remote from any location within the state of SC; however, must reside permanently within the state of SC.Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in South Carolina. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.A mix of telehealth sessions and face-to-face sessions with patients is available at the following locations:Greenville, SCColumbia, SCRock Hill, SCNorth Charleston, SCAbout the jobThriveworks is a mental health care company founded by clinicians in 2008 and still led by them today. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:Independently licensed and living in South Carolina — LISW-CPConsistently available to clientsA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributorsKey ResponsibilitiesProvision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)Willingness to provide documentation oversightCoaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinicianCompletion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.Supervisor Requirements for LISW-CP in SCLISW-CP:Be a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice;have successfully passed an examination prescribed by the board;have a minimum of four thousand five hundred hours of clinical practice earned over not less than three years beyond receipt of a LISW-CP;have obtained forty-five academic contact hours or forty-five continuing education contact hours in supervision.Compensation:For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $46.39 to $53.81 depending on caseload)For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of fifty-four dollars and thirty-seven cents ($54.37) per Group Supervision session and seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. Provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours, and will be required to complete recording documentation of such supervision.How We Support YouWe handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
