Job description
Falmouth Hospital Association in Massachusetts–Falmouth is seeking a Clinical Support RN to mentor novice nurses and provide direct patient care across Med-Surg units. The role focuses on coaching, evidence-based practice, and high-quality outcomes while maintaining exceptional patient service.
The position requires an active MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 3–5 years in acute care with telemetry. Schedule is 24 hours/week with rotating evenings and holidays.
