Job description
ICON plc is seeking a Business System Adoption Specialist to collaborate with GDO, R&D and cross-functional teams. You will collect, develop and deploy user-facing materials for systems under DSDS ownership and support change management activities to maximize system adoption.
You will partner with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues, analyze system readiness and communicate upcoming capabilities to end users. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
