Job description
The Guidance Center of Westchester is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee clinical care across school-based and outpatient settings. You will supervise clinicians, maintain caseloads, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering trauma-informed, youth-focused services.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care, and collaborating with schools and families to support students’ behavioral health needs.
