The Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health department is seeking qualified Clinical Therapist II professionals for multiple Inpatient Discharge Planning positions located in Indio. These roles support adults experiencing behavioral health conditions that have resulted in psychiatric hospitalization.

Primary responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, providing intensive case management, ensuring compliance with treatment and documentation standards, coordinating and overseeing discharge plans, transporting members when necessary, and arranging appropriate aftercare outpatient services following discharge from acute psychiatric inpatient settings.

Must be currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

For this recruitment, some positions are eligible for a 10% DTR that is applied to hours worked. At any time, this differential can be removed.

9/80 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM and alternate Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

The work schedule for these positions may vary depending on the department's needs.
