Job description
ECN Operating LLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a clinical research site and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory standards. You will lead study initiation, execution, and close-out, manage budgets, and coordinate staff to deliver high-quality data and patient-centric care.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in managing IRB interactions, vendors, and sponsor relationships in a fast-paced environment in Los Angeles.
