Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin seeks a Clinical Value Analysis Director to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that optimize clinical quality, outcomes, and cost. In this role, you will evaluate clinical products and technologies, partner with physicians, nursing, supply chain, and finance, and guide value analysis committees to standardize evidence-based, cost-effective care. You’ll monitor performance metrics, validate savings, support process improvement, and educate teams, contributing to our collaborative, patient-centered, high‑reliability culture.
