Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services to diverse adult and adolescent populations. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and community providers to coordinate care and support safe discharge and aftercare planning. Clinicians participate in case consultation, maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR, and contribute to a culture of compassion, inclusion, and continuous improvement through supervision, training, and quality initiatives.
