Job description
Actify Home Care, Inc. seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one PT services in patients' homes throughout our South Broward County territory. You will participate in start-of-care evaluations and ongoing re-assessments in a clinician-owned team.
We offer fast credentialing and rapid onboarding, with premium per-visit rates and bi-weekly electronic payments sourced from completed logs. A Florida PT license and CPR/BLS are required.
