What You’ll Do Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation
Support clients across early stages of recovery in a structured setting
Compensation & Bonuses Unlicensed: $24.46/HR (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
