Job description
J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to join the CLO structuring team in New York. Lead end-to-end CLO transactions, coordinating across BSL and private credit, while developing into a deal team lead.
You will work with CLO managers, issuers, and investors, and guide junior team members in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate with internal stakeholders, analyze market dynamics, and ensure accurate documentation and client coverage.
