Closer for Inbound Leads - Read My LetterWe are looking for a Closer for Inbound Leads to join our team at Read My Letter. This position requires a skilled individual who has experience in direct mail, marketing, and advertising, as well as excellent communication skills. The Closer for Inbound Leads will be responsible for closing sales with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products and services. This person will work with customers to identify their needs and create personalized solutions for their direct mail, review collection, list building, and after-sales follow up needs.Responsibilities:Identify customer needs through inbound inquiries and create customized solutions for each customerDevelop and maintain customer relationshipsFollow up with potential customers on a regular basisTrack and report on sales activitiesAssist with sales processing, including order entry, invoicing, and collectionsAssist with marketing and advertising initiativesResearch potential customers and contact themFollow up with existing customers to ensure satisfactionEstablish and maintain relationships with vendorsRequirements:Proven experience in direct mail, marketing, and advertisingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create customized solutions for customersKnowledge of sales processes and proceduresAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to multitask and manage multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)If you are interested in joining our team and becoming a Closer for Inbound Leads - Read My Letter, please submit your resume and cover letter.
