nUp Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking a skilled closet designer/consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.
nRequirements:
nMinimum of 2 years of experience in closet design or a related field
nProficiency in technology and ability to understand software
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nStrong organizational and time-management skills
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
nQualifications:
nKnowledge of construction materials and techniques
nExperience in sales or customer service is a plus
nResponsibilities:
nMeet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
nDesign custom closet systems using our software
nProvide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
nCollaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
nEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
nProvide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
nMaintain a safe and organized work environment
nFollow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
nFlexible work from home options available.
