What Will You Be Doing?
Monitor Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) readiness.
Coordinate closing timelines with lenders, title partners, and Area Managers.
Prepare and distribute final closing documentation and key packages.
Manage CDs, title/escrow fees, and related expenses.
Coordinate closing document preparation and RWC paperwork.
Send inspection reports to lenders by community (bi-weekly; Liz to train team).
Ensure smooth ownership transfer at closing.
Act as authorized signers, as scheduled.
Cash sales w/ Escrow Holdback by Community
Move Folders, Print emails, update CWS
Missing CofO's by Community
Owner of all Lender Communication; including OSL's
Missing Title Work – by community
