nAs a Closing Officer with NVR Settlement Services, you will be responsible for managing customer settlements from our homebuilding partners, Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will assist with the processing of customer files and contribute to the success of our business by impacting our customers through strong, positive customer service and customer capture efforts.
nPrimary Responsibilities
nnnContact all customers to discuss the benefits of our services with the goal of earning their settlement business
n
nnContact all customers to educate them on the benefits of owners title insurance
n
nnMonitor and conduct settlements, reviewing all transactions and documents and gathering all required signatures
n
nnCreate and manage customer service initiatives and provide reporting to branch/operations managers
n
nnMeet quarterly with builder sales representatives and personnel to provide relevant training/information to better inform them in their customer meetings
n
n nQualifications
nnn1+ years of sales experience required
n
nn1+ years conducting settlements preferred or relevant industry experience
n
nnMust be able to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License
n
nnExcellent customer service skills and strong oral/written communication skills
n
nnStrong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
n
nnProficient with Microsoft suite

nThis position pays $60,000 - $65,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
