Job description
Runnings in Monticello, MN is seeking a Department Manager for our Clothing/Footwear department. You will oversee merchandising and sales within your area, provide high levels of customer service, and report to the Store Manager.
Scheduling requires days, evenings, and every other weekend/holidays. Ideal candidates have extensive knowledge of clothing, footwear, and accessories, with strong merchandising, inventory awareness, and team-training abilities.
