Job description
Compensation: $100/Hour W2
This position plays a critical role in designing solutions for a highly secure proprietary payments platform/system within the Government Solutions business unit.
Responsibilities
Work with development teams to provide estimates on tasks with complete timeline of project delivery.
Engage with senior management to develop technology strategy and drive implementation of the architecture roadmap.
Participate in broader areas of application development, infrastructure, security, deployment, unit and integration testing.
Understand desired business outcomes desired by customer and translate these to requirements for the solution, and recommend potential options.
Own the overall solution and ensure all components of a solution fit well, function and perform as expected, including availability, performance, and security.
Effectively articulate the solution to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications
Prefer experience with leading the migration from legacy (mainframe) platform to Azure cloud platform.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of development experience.
Expert in emerging technologies.
Strong communication skills - with a focus on the ability to articulate complex solutions to internal stakeholders and the customer.
Possess broad based and in-depth knowledge of complex technologies, tools, methodologies, the enterprise and industry.
Strong understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies knowledge to support the needs of critical systems and projects.
Demonstrate strong leadership.
Expertise with multiple languages and tools.
Scaled Agile framework.
Proficient with Microsoft Azure: Identity and Access
