Job description
Infosys Cloud invites qualified candidates for an Infrastructure Consultant 2 role in the United States. You will collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root-cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations.
You will evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, support due diligence, design scalable, cost-effective architectures, and coordinate deployments, security, and capacity planning to optimize performance.
