Job description
Cadence Design Systems is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to support our secure cloud-based silicon design environments used by external customers for mission-critical workloads. This role emphasizes responsiveness, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will maintain system reliability, resolve issues quickly, and proactively improve the platform through automation and agentic AI, while handling ITAR/CUI data in compliant environments.
