Job description
Boys & Girls Club of Dayton seeks a Senior Club Director to oversee daily operations, youth safety, and program quality at a club site. You will lead staff, manage enrollment, and coordinate family communication while ensuring program excellence across five pillars and compliant operations.
In this role you will supervise coaches and coordinators, approve schedules, monitor records, and collaborate with partners to drive membership growth and strong family trust within BGCD policies.
