Job description
Retro Fitness Long Island is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume club, not just manage a gym. You will own results, lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations, and set the tone members feel the moment they walk through the doors.
You will coach on floor, drive membership growth and personal training revenue, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with the Regional Manager on strategy.
