Job description
BJ’s Wholesale Club in Wisconsin is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations, profitability, and a best-in-class member experience. You will oversee team performance, drive strategic priorities, and ensure a safe, productive environment for Members and Team Members.
The onboarding program runs 8–12 weeks, pairing new Club Managers with experienced leaders to learn best practices, connect leadership concepts to real-life scenarios, and build internal relationships.
