Planet Fitness - Springfield Club is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations at our Springfield, OH location. You will lead staff, drive membership growth, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming Judgement Free Zone® for all members.
Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, front desk duties, tours for prospective members, and resolving member concerns professionally.
