Job description
The Boys’ Club of New York (BCNY) in New York, NY is seeking an Associate Clubhouse Director - East Harlem to lead the development, management, and evaluation of all Clubhouse programs. You will collaborate with the Managing Director of Programs to create curriculum, coach staff, and ensure compliance with state and city licenses.
You will work with the Clubhouse Director to implement training, monitor program quality, and build strong relationships with members and families.
