You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help create a positive environment where residents feel valued and respected.ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-Time CMA/CNA – 1st Shift, responsibilities may include:Providing compassionate, person-centered care to residentsAssisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityTaking and documenting vital signs as directedAssisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydrationProviding medication assistance as permitted by certification and facility policy for CMAsAnswering call lights and responding promptly to resident needsObserving residents and reporting changes in condition to the appropriate nurseCompleting accurate and timely documentationMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkersFollowing all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsWorking as a dependable member of the Derby Assisted Living teamWhat We're Looking ForApply Today!
