Job description
Morningstar DBRS in Chicago seeks an Assistant Vice President to join its CMBS team, focusing on credit analysis and support for rated transactions. You will become proficient in US/Canada real estate sectors and rating criteria under senior analysts.
As a lead/ supporting analyst, you’ll prepare cash flow analyses, review reports, and contribute to rating committee materials while developing client communication skills and regulatory compliance awareness.
