Job description
Orrick Herrington & Suttcliffe is seeking an attorney with 3–9 years of experience in securitization and structured finance to join our U.S. structured finance group.
The role focuses on CMBS and other securitization transactions, with potential to work on residential mortgage, auto, credit card, and esoteric securitizations, CLOs, repackagings, and re-securitizations. Prior CMBS experience is a plus but not required.
