Job description
GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a highly motivated New College Graduate Reliability Engineer to support CMOS FEOL reliability qualification, reliability physics, and lifetime modeling across advanced semiconductor technologies.
You will collaborate with Device Engineering, Process Integration, Test, Failure Analysis, and Manufacturing to investigate issues, develop models, and deliver qualification reports and data-driven recommendations using JMP, Python, MATLAB, and Excel.
