Job description
Micron Technology seeks a PhD candidate to join the CMP Process team in a research internship. You will develop and optimize CMP processes for next-generation memory technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
You will gain broad exposure to semiconductor processing, apply advanced statistics and data-driven approaches, and present your findings to engineering collaborators at project milestones.
