Job description
CNA Opportunity in Madison, MinnesotaCNA 12-hour shifts in Madison, Minnesota for an 8-week contract. Provide compassionate patient care while earning competitive pay and benefits. Opportunity to impact patient outcomes in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate and efficient patient care according to facility protocols.Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and care provided.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort during 12-hour shifts.Adhere to all facility policies, including dress code, safety procedures, and compliance standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Minimum 1 year of direct caregiving experience in a healthcare setting.Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes (no Crocs).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to perform patient care tasks.Benefits:Premium pay: weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average.
