It's More Than Just Another CNA Job

At Byron Wellness Community, residents are at the center of everything we do.

We don't see residents as room numbers or tasks to complete. We see them as individuals with unique stories, strengths, and life experiences.

As a CNA, you'll do more than provide care.

You'll build relationships, offer support, celebrate successes, and become part of a team that believes every interaction matters.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care and support that allows residents to experience the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and daily living activities

Assisting residents during meals and dining experiences

Responding promptly and compassionately to call lights

Assisting with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation

Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

Documenting care accurately and timely

Supporting residents and families emotionally

Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Creating meaningful moments and positive experiences for residents every day

Most importantly, you'll treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.
