Certified Nursing Assistant

It's More Than Just Another CNA Job

As a CNA, you'll do more than provide care. You'll build relationships, offer support, celebrate successes, and become part of a team that believes every interaction matters.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care and support that allows residents to experience the highest possible quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and daily living activities; assisting residents during meals and dining experiences; responding promptly and compassionately to call lights; assisting with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation; observing and reporting changes in resident condition; documenting care accurately and timely; supporting residents and families emotionally; working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members; and creating meaningful moments and positive experiences for residents every day.
Most importantly, you'll treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Full time and part time available. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
Required Qualifications:
Be certified by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) as a C.N.A. in good standing
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.
