Job TitleRequirements:Active Nurse's Aide CertificationDaily Job Duties Include:Hygienic care for residents ex. bathing, dressing, groomingServe residents meals and assisting feeding when neededCaring for residents' space ex. making bedsDocumentation of resident's meal consumption, intake and outputs of fluids, activity in daily livingProvide residents with snacks and fresh drinking water throughout the day.Report any noticed changes in residents to the nurse.Transport residents throughout the building ex. dining room for meals/activities, in and out of bed/chairs.Providing care and comfort to residents.Schedule RequirementsAll members of nursing department are required to work every other weekend. We have two week templates, part time templates are 4 days and full time are 10 days.First shift: 7a-3p second shift 3p-11p third shift 11p-7a
