Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines.Meal preparation and nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.Companionship and social interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Health monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.Compassionate and empathetic attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourSince 2004, Executive Home Care has been a critical resource for families looking for in-home care for their loved ones.Executive Home Care provides outstanding training and benefits for the caregivers we place.
