CNA and HHA Needed for Full Time and Part Time HoursHomeWell Care Services is looking for caregivers in Volusia, Flagler, and St John counties. We offer several programs to our clients that fit their needs.Experience with dementia, ADL's and IADL's, limited non weight bearing patients, patients with wound management, and super pubic catheters is required. Reliability and dependability are a must!! Two years minimum experience as a caregiver is preferred.Responsibilities include:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.Requirements include:Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program.Experience in providing patient care preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices.Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.Reliable transportation.
